Payments & Refunds

  • •All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners.
  • •Event tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by BhaktiNight.
  • •Membership fees are non-refundable after the first 7 days of purchase.
  • •In case of event cancellation, full refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • •Store purchases may be returned within 14 days in original condition.

Membership Terms

  • •Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable.
  • •Members must provide accurate information during registration.
  • •BhaktiNight reserves the right to terminate memberships for violation of terms.
  • •Membership auto-renewal can be cancelled at any time before the renewal date.
  • •Member discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • •BhaktiNight is not responsible for personal injuries during events unless caused by our negligence.
  • •We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.
  • •Content on our website is for informational purposes and may be updated without notice.
  • •We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information provided.
  • •Force majeure events may result in event modifications or cancellations.

Governing Law

  • •Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu.
